Qualifications: Admitted as an Attorney of the high court in 2011 with an LLB degree from University of Venda. Started serving my articles in 2008 under MRS inc (Mathobo, Rambau and Sigogo inc). Worked at MRS as the Senior Professional assistant from 2011 December to 2020 October. with over 12 years experience post admission. I then became Senior Attorney at MRS heading there Polokwane branch working together with the one director the Late Mr Lutendo Sigogo. During my period at MRSinc I was dealing with RAf matters, administration of deceased estate, attending to dispute resolution at the CCMA.Dealing with maintenance issues.as a Senior Attorney I also had responsibilities to I train Candidates Attorneys.
November 2020 I was employed by Road Accidents fund under the State Attorney umbrella dealing only with defending Road Accidents fund matters until December 2023.
I’m a sole director and founder of law firm Nephawe Sigogo Attorneys which opens its doors from February 2024.
